What are The Studio at Midtown’s hours of operation?

The Studio at Midtown will typically be open during mall hours. However, depending on your event, there is some flexibility and accommodations may be made to meet your organization’s needs.

What amenities are provided with The Studio at Midtown?

To provide a versatile event and community venue, The Studio at Midtown will be equipped with a small kitchenette and casual furniture including tables and chairs to accommodate meetings, lectures and vendor activations. If additional furniture or equipment is needed, we will be happy to work with other partners and suppliers to ensure rentals are available.

Is parking provided to event organizers and attendees while they are using The Studio at Midtown?

On street and underground parking available.

What are your COVID-19 policies and protocols?

At The Studio at Midtown, the health and safety of our community and employees is our top priority. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak closely and are adhering to guidance from the government and local health authorities regarding the proper prevention and management of this issue.

What does it cost to book The Studio at Midtown?

The Studio at Midtown is striving to be a barrier free event and community venue. As such, we are proud to offer the use of our venue at no cost until December 31st, 2022, of operation to any business, organization or group who is wishing to book with us. Though rental fees will be in place after this date, we will be happy to work with organizations who may require assistance covering the cost of our fees.

Do you provide tech equipment and if so, is there an additional cost for its use?

The Studio at Midtown will come equipped with a complementary projection screen and sound equipment and we will be happy to work with organizations to provide additional equipment as needed.

Do event organizers have to purchase insurance for The Studio at Midtown independently or do you have an established insurance policy available for purchase?

As insurance is required to use The Studio at Midtown, if an organization does not already have an existing policy, we will be happy to work with them to provide an economical solution for their insurance needs.
